Meet Your Expert

The common illnesses and first aid confidence you need.
Does this sound familiar?
A tiny cough turns into panic. A fever spikes and you’re Googling at 2am. You’re wondering if it’s “just a virus”… or something serious. And in the back of your mind is the scary question: “Would I know what to do in an emergency?”
It’s exhausting. And you, and your child, are not the problem.
The real issue is that babies and toddlers can’t clearly tell us what’s wrong, and emergencies don’t come with step-by-step instructions. That’s why leading expert Karen Prunty teaches simple, memorable frameworks parents can actually use: the 3F’s rule (Feeding, Form, Fever) to spot illness early, Look–Listen–Feel to check breathing, “5–30–2” CPR, and “5 back blows + 5 abdominal thrusts” for choking—plus clear “when to get help” guidance (like fever over 38°C in a very young baby needing urgent review).
Knowledge is power, and this course is designed to help you feel confident, reassured, and clear on what to do next.

This course will help you stay calm and act fast.
Get clear, practical guidance on emergencies and common illnesses, including simple frameworks to help you decide what to do now and when to get medical review.
