Meet Your Breastfeeding Expert

How do you know if breastfeeding is “going right” — when it feels confusing, constant, or painful?
Does this sound familiar?
You’ve read the advice. You’ve downloaded the apps. You’re watching the clock, counting minutes, wondering if your baby is feeding “too often” — or not long enough. Your baby wants to be on you constantly, evenings feel intense, and you’re left thinking: “Is my baby getting enough? Am I doing this wrong?”
Or maybe…
Feeding hurts, and you’re being told to “just wait for your nipples to toughen up”… while you feel tense every time your baby latches.
It’s exhausting. And you’re not failing — and your baby isn’t “bad” or “difficult.”
Most breastfeeding stress comes from misinformation and lack of preparation: the idea that a “good” baby goes longer between feeds, that longer feeds mean more milk, that your baby should be happy in a basket away from you, or that sore nipples are just part of the deal. In reality, newborns are wired for closeness, feeding patterns vary wildly, and pain is a sign something needs adjusting — not something you must endure.
This course helps you replace confusion with clarity, so you can stop second-guessing, understand what’s normal, and feel confident about what to do next.

This course will teach you how to breastfeed with confidence (even when it doesn’t feel “easy”).
Learn what’s normal, how to get comfortable feeding, and how to know your baby is getting enough — without obsessing over timing, apps, or contradictory advice.
