Dr Lyndsey Hookway is a paediatric nurse, health visitor, IBCLC (lactation consultant), and renowned founder of the Holistic Sleep Coaching movement, with over 20 years supporting families across hospital and community settings. She’s a Swansea University researcher (PhD completed in 2023) and international speaker, known for blending developmental science with practical guidance that respects baby temperament and real-life constraints. Lyndsey is the author of six books on infant sleep, feeding, and early family life, including Holistic Sleep Coaching and Let’s Talk About Your New Family’s Sleep.
